1 Session - 1.5 hour lesson

3 Sessions - one 1.5 hour lesson with 2 one hour follow ups

6 Sessions - one 1.5 hour lesson with 5 one hour follow ups

10 Sessions - one 1.5 hour lesson with 9 one hour follow ups

Add 3 Sessions - 3 hours extra

Pre class or consult evaluation
(fee may be applied to service)

an additional travel charge of $20/hour (round-trip) may apply if you live more than 30 miles away from your trainer
