This email is a thank you for the great training you provided us. I can't believe how much progress we made in only four sessions!
We came to you because our 7 month old puppy was becoming increasingly aggressive about guarding treats and places. (His bed, the food cupboard). The exercises and insight you provided has helped us end that behavior. The success became really clear this weekend when we had company in the house. The two people were strangers to Chuck, and he did not growl or shy once. Not even when (against my request) the man planted himself next to Chuck on Chuck's bed and took his toy. Chuck wagged his tail and waited to be told he could bite the toy again. Wonderful!
We are continuing to use the exercises you provided. Chuck is calmer, more bonded, and more responsive to us. Your practical, non-judgemental and simple approach to training (us more than Chuck, of course!) made the experience a pleasure.
I would highly recommend you to anyone I know who has a puppy or wants to work on a specific behavior with any age dog. We look forward to taking additional classes with you!
